Orders are shipped fully insured

UPS and FedEx:
We use UPS and FedEx Services for daily pickups of our shipments. Our UPS and FedEx shipping charges are calculated by our 'shipping calculator', and they are the exact amount that will be added to your order.

Damaged Shipments:
Should your shipment arrive damaged or abused in transit, it is best to refuse it and make a notation of that fact with the delivery person. Please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service Department by email email

Order Acceptance Policy:
All orders are reviewed prior to shipment. The right to accept or decline your order is reserved at the discretion of management.

Order Cancellation:
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please call our Customer Service dept. for assistance at: (212) 714-0334 or email us. "Special order" items, may be assessed a cancellation fee. When an order has already been shipped, our regular return policy will take effect.

Order Processing time:
Please note that orders are shipped from our locations in NYC. Those orders shipping from our local NYC warehouse will generally ship within 2-3 business days most of the time we ship the same day.You will be notified by email once your order has shipped along with tracking information.

International Orders:
We accept orders outside the United States. Additional shipping charges will apply, please contact us for further information.

Defective items will be exchanged for identical items if customer calls within 48 hours of receipt and has all the complete original packaging as it was sent.

No cash refunds or price protection, no exceptions.

Non-defective items that are returned are subject to minimum 15% restocking fee, and has to be in original condition only; with all original packaging that have no markings on its box. Your product will not be upgraded, exchanged, or refunded if there is a scratch, bump, or been used for calls / text messages, or looks used in any way.

Merchandise is covered by the originated manufacturer's warranty only; this is a warranty from the manufacturers and not of Communication Telecom International (CTI.).

Should merchandise not perform properly during warranty period, CTI will not issue you a refund or replacement with new equipment. No associate of this company is authorized to verbally or in writing make statements contrary to the above, or any other type of promise, guarantee, or statement of fact reversing company policy.

Shipping charges are customer responsibility and will not be covered by Communication Telecom International (CTI.)
